We found Laura with LeDetailWP during our startup. We had just come off less than desirable experiences with a WP site designer that came with a design/host/maintain company we chose. She has helped us correct much of what we found and then some! As we continue to plan changes Laura has been there to collaborate with. She also assisted with some issues with our email configuration. She now handles maintaining our site. We highly recommend her.Posted on Google

I came to her after a difficult and discouraging website experience, feeling overwhelmed by the condition of my site and uncertain about how to move forward. Laura stepped in, took all the stress and unknowns off my plate, and worked directly with everyone involved to figure it out. She didn’t just fix my website - she rebuilt it better than it had ever been and turned this entire part of my business into something I’m genuinely proud of. She works with incredible quality and urgency, while always being friendly, encouraging and completely can-do. It’s obvious that she is truly invested in my business’s success. Lorilyn Alden163 days agoI struggled for years to find the right contractor to maintain and update my websites. I had tried services like Fiverr, and although they did good work, I didn't feel comfortable enough to commit to regular monthly services. Then I met Laura! She did a project for one of my sites, and I was extremely happy with the results. We had a Zoom, and I felt like her company was the right fit I had been looking for. I decided to hire her to maintain all three of my websites. It has been a few months of working together, and this is the first time I can trust and relax, knowing that my sites are secure, performing well, and maintained daily. They also do additional projects for me when needed. Laura goes above and beyond. It is great to work and collaborate with someone who understands who I am and what I do. If you are looking for someone for your website, I highly recommend them.Posted on Google

Wendy Serrao760 days agoAs a site owner, I get lots of offers for paid support and services to keep my site healthy and performing well. I generally bin all this type of contact, but Laura Spawn's email seemed very professional and genuine. Although I am not in a position to pay for these services at this time, I was very impressed with the detailed and helpful report she sent me outlining the improvements my site would benefit from. I would definitely recommend Laura if you are looking to improve your website performance, SEO and the overall user experience.Load more

The website audit that Laura at LeDetailWP provided me was so much more than I could have asked for. It was thorough, clear, easy to follow and most importantly helpful to identify areas that my website needs a little love.

I was recommended LeDetail WordPress when my website was hacked, and my Google rankings dropped, and my former hosting provider took an eternity to respond and then did nothing to help me! LeDetailsWP has saved my ass and my website; they cleaned it perfectly, my Google rankings went up again, and shortly after, I moved my websites to LeDetailWP. The service at LeDetailWP is amazing, I get responses quickly, kind and professional and always so helpful! So so happy to host my websites at LeDetailWP; I can only recommend it.

LeDetailWP was recommended to me and I reached out to engage their expertise to help with the issue. They scheduled a zoom with me within hours of reaching out to review the issue so she could come up with a plan to fix it. The team was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. [LeDetailWP] delivered the completed project before the deadline and I am beyond grateful they were recommended to me. I would highly recommend [LeDetailWP] to anyone who is in need of assistance on their website. I promise you will be in good hands!

I was so impressed by Laura at LeDetailWP’s professionalism and promptness to my query! She provided extremely valuable information in her website review and also provided some very helpful tips and suggestions! She was also able to explain the intricacies of the inner workings of my website and a very easy to understand manner. I did apply several of her suggestions to my site and now it is working much better! Thank you so much for your expertise, Laura!

LeDetailWP’s been hosting us for several years, and we are perfectly happy with what you do for us. All of us who work on this non-commercial information at KateChopin are volunteers, and we work on a shoestring budget, depending on donations. None of us is especially technical, so it’s great for us to have you manage whatever needs to be done to keep our site up and running. So thank you very much.
