As part of your client plan, you receive up to one hour of WordPress support each month. Please fill out the form below in as much detail as possible. Things we can help with –

How long does it take for a task to be completed? If a task does not have a ‘Date Needed’ selected, it will take 2-3 business days to be completed. If your task is more urgent, please select a date, and we will do our very best to prioritize it that same business day, or the next.

How will we communicate about the task? Our team will get started on it as soon as you submit it. We will reach out by email to you if we have any questions and as soon as we have an update for you about the task.

What happens if a task will take longer than an hour? If you submit a task that will take longer than an hour, we will reach out to you before working on it and let you know that we would either need to complete only a portion of the task in the one hour, if possible, or give you a quote for the entire task completion. Our client rate for additional work hours is $60/hour, or you can purchase blocks of 3 hours of extra support time for $150 through your client account.
